Pinkard Construction Company’s recently completed renovation of the Brown Palace Hotel Spa receiving ABC’s highest award. Such opportunities to communicate current and past Awards of Excellence to prospects, clients and other interested decision makers, necessitates a sophisticated brochure. Beyond a mailing piece or cold call leave behind, name recognition of the property itself facilitates bidding and employee recruiting activities.

Volume considerations drive this piece to traditional offset printing. Understanding the print vendors’ press capabilities and production planning schedule allowed this brochure to be produced at significantly lower costs. Ganged up on a larger, under utilized press, the sheet received aqueous coating before cutting, scoring and a rolling fold.
